If you still have not received the email please contact the cinema directly by email and they can confirm whether your booking has been processed.

  • It appears I have been charged twice for my purchase?

If there is more than one entry from IMC on your bank statement relating to your recent order with us, then in the majority of cases be assured that you are unlikely to have been double charged. Instead, one of the entries is likely to be a Card pre-authorisation, and not a charge. The reason for the two charges appearing is that sometimes your bank statement isn’t updated immediately, meaning that you see both the pre-authorisation and the final charge on your statement. This should automatically correct itself in the coming days. If you have a concern you were double charged, you should contact the cinema you booked with by email and they will investigate the matter for you.
