IRISH MULTIPLEX CINEMAS LIMITED (“IMC”) – TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKETS SOLD ONLINE

By accessing and using the IMC website the Customer accepts and agrees to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that IMC the owner and administrator of the web site, has the right to amend or vary these Terms and Conditions and any of the contents of the web site from time to time at its sole discretion.

PAYMENTS POLICY

IMC Cinemas are only accepting card payments at this time, no cash payments will be accepted in-store.

PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE

Cinema tickets are sold by IMC and can be purchased by the Customer via the online booking system using credit/debit cards.

The main IMC ticket types are as follows (which are subject to change):

Child Ticket – applies to children 12 years of age or under;

Teen Ticket – applies to a teenager aged from 13 years to 17 years of age;

Student Ticket – applies to any individual who is a student and has a valid student ID;

OAP Ticket – applies to any individual older than 65 years of age; and

Adult Ticket

Discounted ticket prices do not apply on Bank Holidays.

A booking fee of €0.50c/£0.50p per ticket will apply to bookings made availing of the IMC internet booking system. This booking fee is the charge for the supply of the online booking service and the processing and verification of payment. If a Customer does not wish to pay this fee, it is possible to purchase tickets at the IMC cinema in person where the booking fee will not apply.

The Customer must inform IMC of the cardholders name, card type, the card number, the card expiry date and the security code on the back of the card (CVV or similar) in order to make payment to IMC.

PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE – SECURITY

Tickets purchased online using credit cards are through a secure payment page secured using SSL Security with sha256RSA encryption (Public Key 2048 Bit Encryption).The SSL Certificate is issued by Thawte SSL Encryption.

PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE – PRIVACY

In order to process a booking and for collection verification, IMC Cinema collects the following information

• Customer Name

• Card Number

• Expiry Date

• Film Booked including Performance Date and Time

• Email Address

• IP Address

This information is used exclusively by IMC to process/verify bookings and not for any other purpose. This information is processed in accordance with local law and IMC does not share any customer information with Partners or Third Parties.

PRIVACY – COOKIES

IMC Cinemas also makes use of Cookies to improve our customer’s experience when using the website.

What is a Flexi Ticket?

When booking online you will have an option to purchase ‘Flexi Ticket’ product additional to your tickets. Flexi ticket  allows you to change your seats prior to the showing (subject to availability), if you are unable to attend your chosen booking. When you have purchased a Flexi ticket online, your flexi e-ticket is included on your booking confirmation email!

Please Note:

Flexi tickets can be used once to either make a seat change or booking for an alternative day with the original booking.
Flexi ticket must be purchased per ticket, per booking at €1.00/£0.80.
Flexi ticket is only available for online tickets. Flexi is not available in-store.
Flexi ticket cut off is 60 minutes before the advertised show start time.

1. Terms & Definitions

In these terms & conditions, the following words have the meanings set out against them:

Agreement – The agreement between you and IMC Cinemas in relation to your Flexi Ticket

Flexi Ticket Holder – the person named on the booking where a Flexi Ticket has been purchased

3. Purchasing a Flexi Ticket

Flexi Tickets may only be purchased at the time of the original booking on the IMC website only.

You may not retrospectively add the Flexi Ticket option to your booking.

The Flexi Ticket option is per ticket rather than for booking, i.e. if you are purchasing two tickets, you will pay the flexi fee twice.

Tickets can only be changed to the original cinema location you have booked.

IMC may close the Flexi Ticket option at any time.

4. Using your Flexi Ticket

Flexi tickets are non-transferable, and will only apply to the original ticket booking.

In order to use your Flexi ticket.

By Email: You may email our team at the cinema of your choice, i.e if you purchased for carlow, email [email protected] You must email at least 60 minutes before the scheduled start time of the movie.

You will be required to provide our team with your original booking reference number

A valid Flexi Ticket entitles you to:

Swap your ticket to different seats in the same screening (date, location & time) or an alternative date and time for the same or different screening.

Any changes from a standard to Galactic or Luxx screenings will incur a surcharge of the ticket price difference, payable directly to the cinema.

Normal age restrictions apply to Flexi Ticket holders and you may be asked for age identification to gain entry to a screening.

IMC may change these conditions at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

The Customer must ensure all details of the booking are correct before finally purchasing their tickets as IMC will accept no responsibility and will not issue a refund for wrong bookings that are the fault of the customer. If the Customer experiences problems with the booking process, they are to call the phone number of the cinema specified on the booking page 

By booking tickets through the IMC website, the Customer is placing a booking order for tickets on the Terms and Conditions that is deemed only binding on IMC once payment has been made by the Customer and received by IMC and the Customer has been sent an email confirmation of their booking with their booking details.

Once the booking has been processed and the credit card has been verified, the ticket price and the fee are non-refundable.

IMC will not issue a refund if:

  1. The Customer selects the wrong IMC location, film and/or time when booking tickets via the website
  2. The customer is subsequently unable to attend the scheduled show
  3. The Customer does not meet the requirements of the Irish Film Classification Office or the British Board of Film Classification.

To collect the tickets the Customer must present and use the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the tickets in that particular cinema. The Customer may insert the card into one of the automatic ticket collection points or they can present the card to an IMC representative at any till point. Tickets must be collected within the first 10 minutes of the performance start time. 

IMC will do everything possible to ensure the show and operating times of the cinema are true to the advertisements. Although IMC has attempted to provide accurate information on its website, IMC assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information. IMC may amend the information, products and/or services mentioned on the website at any time without notice. 

However due to circumstances beyond IMC’s control there may be times that a film has to be cancelled or shown at a different time. In this instance the customer may be given a complimentary ticket or in some circumstances a refund of the ticket only. IMC reserves the right to cancel a performance, vary the time of exhibition or substitute an alternative film, if this becomes necessary because of circumstances beyond our control. 

Transactions processed by IMC will appear on the cardholder’s bank or card statement as ‘IMC,’ it will then give the abbreviation of the specific cinema it was booked in.

The customer who has purchased concession/student tickets must provide IMC with the relevant proof of entitlement when the tickets are being collected or upon entry to the cinema.

IMC are required to abide by and enforce the age restrictions as specified by the Irish Film Classification Office and the British Board of Film Classification. In the event that an authorised IMC representative is of the opinion that the customer does not meet the minimum age requirement and the customer cannot provide photographic proof that they are of the required age, IMC will not permit entry to that performance or film. If an IMC representative identifies a customer who appears too young and cannot provide identification in the auditorium, IMC have the right to refuse and/or eject that customer from that film. Under 15’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. 

The website contains links to third party websites. Access to any other website through a link on the website is at the Customer’s own risk and IMC bears no responsibility for the reliability of information, advices, statements, views or security on any links contained on the IMC website.

The trademarks and logos displayed on the website are the property of IMC and the Customer is not permitted to use this IP without the written consent of IMC.

The Customer acknowledges that although IMC will take all reasonable and prudent steps to safeguard the security of any payment card information the Customer imparts though encryption methods, IMC shall not be liable for any damage that the Customer may suffer as a result of the loss of confidential information. The Customer acknowledges that IMC is entitled to handle any personal information the Customer supplies to IMC when booking tickets through the IMC website in accordance with IMC’s privacy policy.

The cancellation rights contained in the “European Communities (Protection of Consumers in respect of contracts made by means of Distance Communication (Reg 2001) as amended) do not apply to the sale of a cinema ticket.

Student Tickets – For each Student ticket purchased a valid student ID will be required at the ticket check point. Valid student ID is an ID that has an expiry date which is later than the showing date. Failure to produce a valid student ID will result in customer being refused entry. The tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.

Family Tickets – Family ticket can only be purchased by groups of 2 Adults and 2 Children or 1 Adult and 3 Children. Other groups will be refused entry. The tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.

Carers Policy – Carers are entitled to free admission to a screening only upon producing a valid HSE Carers Card, Family Carers Ireland Card or Nursing Home Card, when accompanying the cared for person. Public Service ID cards are not acceptable forms of identification. Management reserve the right to refuse admission/ not honor the card where they have reason to believe it is misused or outside of the IMC terms and conditions.   

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

By accessing and using this cinema premises the customer accepts and agrees to be bound by the below terms and conditions. Customers should check for current terms and conditions as these can be updated and changed at any time. 

1. The management reserve the right (with or without cause) to refuse admission to any person.

2. Any patron must, prior to viewing any part of the programme, purchase a ticket from the cashier; this ticket will be accepted as receipt for payment. Customers should retain their tickets while on the cinema’s premises. Tickets should be presented to IMC staff on request.

3. Customers should check the details on their tickets and the monetary change they receive. They should also ensure that they enter the correct auditorium. Auditorium numbers are printed on each ticket.

4. A ticket purchased by any patron entitles entrance to these premises only once, and in accordance with the film title, time, date and censor guidelines printed on the ticket. 

5. Tickets will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of management.

6. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced. Any Customer who does not hold a valid ticket may be required to leave. 

7. Customers must at all times remain within the permitted areas of the cinema or as otherwise stated by IMC staff or agents, and must not obstruct or place items in the aisles with personal belongings. 

8. Customers must remain in their seats at all times unless leaving the auditorium, and must not obstruct the isles or spaces between the seats during the showing.

9. IMC accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to any personal items brought onto the premises. 

10. IMC are required to abide by and enforce the age restrictions as specified by the Irish Film Classification Office and the British Board of Film Classification. In the event that an authorised IMC representative is of opinion that the customer does not meet the minimum age requirement and the customer cannot provide photographic proof that they are of the required age, IMC will not permit entry to that performance or film. if an IMC representative identifies a customer who appears too young and cannot provide identification in the auditorium, IMC have the right to eject that customer from that film.

11. If customers wish to obtain a ticket at a discounted rate they need to specify that before the transaction is processed. The cinema will not issue a refund for full price tickets purchased as a result of not following the above. Photo id may be required to confirm the entitlement.

12. IMC cinema reserves the right to request to search patrons and their possessions before entry to an auditorium or whilst on premises. Guests who refuse to cooperate with any such search will be refused entry or removed from the premises (as applicable). Any person found in possession of a weapon, drugs, or other illegal substances will be refused entry and such items may be seized and handed over to the gardai. Personal items deemed to be a potential health and safety risk may be confiscated until the person in possession of such items leaves the premises.

13. Patrons who, in the opinion and determined at the sole discretion of the management, conduct themselves improperly while on these premises, may be required to leave by a member of staff without any entitlement to a refund. Patrons must not engage in any conduct towards, or speak to IMC staff, agents or other guests in a manner which may offend, insult, intimidate, threaten, disparage or vilify any person on any basis whatsoever, including but not limited to race, religion, colour, ethnic origin, gender or that person’s physical attributes. Whenever possible, IMC will seek to prosecute individuals who behave in this way on our premises.

14. In the event that a patron becomes abusive or unruly they may be barred from entry in the future. Any patron who is believed to be intoxicated will also be asked to leave the premises. The Garda assistance may be sought in such event.

15. Smoking (including any electronic cigarette) is strictly prohibited in the building.

16. The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the building.

17. Photography and audio/visual recordings are strictly prohibited anywhere in the building.

18. Unauthorised use of mobile phones will leave patrons open to being removed from the auditorium.

19. In the case of an allocated seating performance customers should arrive before the start of the program. The cinema will not be able to guarantee customers their selected seats after the main feature starts.

20. Due to their nature, size or properties, certain items (i.e. backpacks, bags, helmets, sports equipment, toys, and helium balloons) will not be allowed in an auditorium.

21. Food and Drink brought from outside of the cinema may not be consumed on the premises.

22. In the case of a screening cancellation or evacuation which arose as a result of a situation beyond the cinema’s control, customers will be issued with complimentary tickets. Customers must present their original tickets to avail of the complimentary tickets.

23. IMC will do everything possible to ensure the show and operating times of the cinema are true to the advertisements. However due to circumstances beyond our control there may be times that a film has to be cancelled or shown at different time. IMC are not responsible for material published by third parties containing false or misleading information.

24. Please note: CCTV monitoring takes place within our premises for the protection of IMC staff, guests and property.

25. IMC customers should retain their e-ticket or stub in order to re-enter the relevant screen.

26. IMC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. 

27. IMC reserves the right to prevent any patron or group of patrons from breaching these ‘Terms and Conditions’, which may include banning the patrons from the premises or in some cases, taking legal action.

28. These Terms and Conditions and the Customer’s use of the website are governed by Irish Law. Any comments should be sent to the Operations Manager: Astor House, Lower Georges Street, Dun Laoghaire.

These terms and conditions are supplement to the existing general terms and conditions of IMC which are available in store and online. 

A Customer must register with IMC to create a MyIMC account and must purchase the tickets online when they are logged in. 

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE

By accessing and using the IMC website the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by the IMC Terms and Conditions. Customers should check for current IMC Terms and Conditions as these can be updated and changed from time to time.

Online cinema tickets are sold by IMC and can be purchased by the Customer via the online booking system using credit/debit cards.

A booking fee of €.50/£.50 (as amended from time to time) per ticket per transaction will apply to bookings made availing of the IMC booking system.

Any products purchased online that are subsequently unavailable in the cinema will be substituted for other products of equal monetary value.

In order to book via the IMC website, the Customer must disclose the cardholders name, card type, the card number, the card expiry date and the security code on the back of the card (CVV or similar) in order to make payment to IMC. The Customer may be requested to enter a Visa or Mastercard 3D secure pin in order to complete a purchase.

IMC reserves the right to change and amend promotions including, but not limited to, one off special screenings, live events including the MET Opera, the Wednesday Movie Meal Deal, and the Online Thursday offer. 

The Customer must ensure all details of the booking are correct before finally purchasing their tickets as no responsibility will be accepted for wrong bookings that are the fault of the customer. If the Customer experiences problems with the booking process, they should email the cinema site by emailing (“name of cinema”@imc.ie, for example [email protected]) or calling the cinema on the relevant phone number of the cinema listed on the contact us page.

To collect the tickets the Customer must present and use the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the tickets in that particular cinema. The Customer may insert the card (or scan the barcode located in the right hand corner of the ticket confirmation) into one of the automatic ticket collection points or they can present the card to a cinema representative at any till point.

Once the booking has been processed, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail to their e-mail address with all the relevant details of their booking. IMC cannot accept any responsibility and will not issue a refund to the Customer for selecting the wrong tickets, wrong date, wrong venue or if the Customer does not meet the minimum age requirements as specified by Irish Film Classification Office (IFCO) or the British Board of Film Classification for that particular film.

IMC will do everything possible to ensure the show and operating times of the cinema are true to the advertisements. However due to circumstances beyond IMC’s control there may be times that a film has to be cancelled or shown at a different time. In this instance the customer may be given a complimentary ticket or in some circumstances a refund of the ticket purchased.

IMC Cinemas require that children must be of the age of 3 to be permitted into a show, unless it is in regards to a Kids Club or Mother and Child Showing. IMC Cinemas are also required to abide by and enforce the age restrictions as specified by the Irish Film Classification Office and the British Board of Film Classification. In the event that an authorised IMC representative is of the opinion that the customer does not meet the minimum age requirement and the customer cannot provide photographic proof that they are of the required age, IMC will not permit entry to that performance or film. If an IMC representative identifies a customer who appears too young and cannot provide identification in the auditorium, IMC have the right to refuse or eject that customer from that film.

We will always try to ensure that performances take place in accordance with the advertised programme. However, we reserve the right to cancel a performance, vary the time of an exhibition or substitute an alternative film if this becomes necessary because of circumstances beyond our control. If this happens we will, at our discretion, refund the cost of the ticket or issue another ticket for the same film on an alternative occasion.

The cancellation rights contained in the “European Communities (Protection of Consumers in respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001” (as may be amended or replaced from time to time) do not apply to the sale of cinema tickets.

IMC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

IMC Car Parks

Important Notice

Entry to use all IMC operated Car Parks is subject to these Car Park Terms and Conditions

All customers of an IMC operated Car Park are requested to read these car park terms and conditions carefully and to follow the recommended procedures.

Once an IMC Car Park is full, no vehicle should enter the car park. Vehicles must be parked in the designated bays provided. Failure to adhere to this could result in the vehicle being removed from the facility and relocated

Tariffs & Tickets

The applicable car parking rates will be advertised in the car park and the fee will be proportionate to the time spent by your vehicle in the car park. Should you have any queries relating to the car park, please contact a member of staff in the car park. Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to hold a valid ticket or car parking card at all times until the customer exits the car park with their vehicle.

The ticket issued to you is for use for your vehicle only. A ticket does not entitle you to any particular space in the Car Park (as the Car Park operates a first come first served basis). Payment for a ticket does not guarantee you a space.

We reserve the right to clamp, refuse or release your vehicle from an IMC Car Park if you do not hold a valid car parking ticket. Failure to produce a valid ticket may delay your departure.

If you are unable to produce a valid ticket, your vehicle may be clamped or you may be charged at a lost ticket rate which is set by the car park

Car Parking

Vehicles must be parked only in places reserved for the parking of vehicles and subject to accommodation being available.

Please note tickets are non refundable and non transferrable and are issued subject to the terms and conditions of IMC Car Parks.

Our Liability

IMC does not undertake to provide a secure or attended car park and neither IMC or its agents shall be liable to any person whomsoever for personal injury suffered while in the car park , or for any theft of loss, or damage to a vehicle while parked in an IMC Car Park.

Customers are asked to remember that a public car park is open to everyone. The staff have instructions to remove persons who are disorderly or disruptive however, IMC cannot guarantee the security of you, your vehicle or its contents. Accordingly, IMC will not accept liability in respect of any loss or theft or damage to your vehicle and /or liability for personal injury.

Complaints

Should you and/or vehicle suffer damage while in an IMC Car Park or should you lose the vehicle or any of your possessions from the vehicle, you are requested to:

  • Immediately inform a member of staff at the time of the incident;
  • In the case of a theft, report it immediately to the An Garda Siochana;
  • Notify your insurers.

Please note failure to adhere to the above may prejudice your position.

Securing your vehicle

Please ensure before you leave the IMC Car Park:

  • Your vehicle is securely locked;
  • All of the windows of your vehicle are closed securely;
  • If your vehicle has other security features such as a steering lock, immobiliser, that it is activated;
  • You take your possessions when you leave your vehicle in an IMC Car Park.

CCTV

Please note that CCTV is in operation in all IMC Car Parks in line with its Privacy Policy for security and insurance purposes only and customers are reminded that should a customer damage another customers vehicle, you are requested to report the matter immediately to a member of staff and give them the registration number of your vehicle, your contact details and the details of the damaged vehicle.

We reserve the right to clamp and/or remove any vehicle our agents think necessary in order to avoid obstruction or for health and safety reasons.

IMC reserves the right to close or temporarily close the car park in whole or in part from time to time.

Safety in the Car Park

Car parks can at times be dangerous, so customers are reminded to:

  • Drive carefully and slowly in the car park, adhering to the signage, notices, road markings and speed limit;
  • Vehicles must be parked only in places reserved for the parking of vehicles and subject to accommodation being available.
  • After you have parked your vehicle please proceed to the nearest footpath or exit and ensure you or your party do not walk on roads and/or ramps;
  • All exists are sign posted;
  • Please ensure all children and other members of your party are supervised at all times in the car park;
  • Please deposit any litter in the litter bins provided.

VIP SEATING

In respect of Luxx and VIP seating, customers are advised not to interfere with the seat and it’s mechanisms.

If any belongings are misplaced/lost beneath the seats, customers should approach a staff member to assist in retrieving them.

If a patron experiences any issue with their VIP seat or loses a belonging in or around the VIP seat, they should immediately contact a staff member so the seat can be powered off and made safe. At no point should a customer try to retrieve an item in or around the VIP seat, given it is an electric and motorized seat.

Patrons should sit in the seat in the standard position and not put their arms or legs on/in-between the seats and should not try to recover any items from underneath their seat. If a patron losses an item under their seat, they must flag this to a member of IMC staff who will safely disable the seat and then assist the patron.

IMC Infinity Terms and Conditions

These terms & conditions and privacy policy apply to the IMC Infinity membership scheme operated and managed by Zaza Park Ltd. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them before you register.

If you are under 18 years old, please ask your guardian to help you read through these terms & conditions.

IMC Cinemas may change these conditions at any time.

Sign up for IMC Infinity

You may join IMC Infinity for yourself only, as an individual. Each IMC Infinity account can only have one active subscription.

Online sign up only available. Once you have submitted your online sign-up form for IMC Infinity, you are requesting that your monthly subscription begins immediately.

When joining, you will be asked to select an IMC Cinema location, which will be confirmed throughout the payment process and in your welcome email. Please note that your IMC Infinity will only be valid in the IMC Cinema location that you have selected. You cannot change to another IMC Cinema location during your minimum membership period.

By joining IMC Infinity, you are agreeing to a minimum monthly period of membership. Your membership will continue automatically on a monthly basis unless you request to terminate your membership

By joining IMC Infinity, you confirm that you are:

  1. Legally capable of entering into a binding legal agreement with Zaza Park Ltd;
  2. over 18 years or have the consent of a guardian over 18 years old;
  3. Zaza Park Ltd may close the membership scheme with no less than 30 days’ notice. We will send you notice in writing via your email address provided and by posting on our website.

IMC Infinity Payment

By joining IMC Infinity, you have committed to paying the subscription fee of €17.99 inclusive of VAT(depending on territory) to be paid monthly in advance.

During the sign-up process, you will be asked for your debit/credit card details. This subscription will be paid monthly. After submitting your form, we will take the first month’s payment- this date will become your billing date. A recurring payment will be taken from the same debit/credit card used to sign up to IMC Infinity every month on your billing date.

If this payment is declined your account will be deactivated and any pre-booked cinema tickets will no longer be valid.

If your card is invalid or expired; Login to your IMC Infinity account and update your card details. Payment will be taken immediately and your billing date will remain the same as your original sign-up billing date.

If your account had insufficient funds or your bank had put a temporary suspension on your account which has now been resolved; email [email protected] to request an immediate payment on your account.

You may be charged any reasonable administration expenses incurred by us in connection with any missed payment. Failure to pay in accordance with the payment plan can result in your account being suspended.

Membership fee increases may arise for a number of reasons including but not limited to; an increase in our ticket prices, our operating costs, taxes & duties which have been imposed, and/or if we have added new feature or benefits to IMC Infinity. We will notify you of the change in pricing within 30 days in advance of any increase.

You may cancel your IMC Infinity account at any time by giving 30 days notice. You can cancel your initial subscription within 48hours. You will be charged for the first 30 days- this is non-refundable.

Zaza Park Ltd reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, or suspend IMC Infinity and the agreement, at any time for any reason with reasonable notice to you. In this situation, IMC Cinemas will refund any monies that you have paid in advance for the subscription.

How It Works

IMC Infinity accounts are non-transferable. Only the account holder may purchase & redeem tickets using their IMC Infinity account.

During the signup process you will be asked for a clear photograph of your head and face.

Your IMC Infinity is in the form of an e-pass which you will find in your My IMC Infinity dashboard at imc.ie or in your welcome email. There are no physical IMC Infinity cards. You must be logged into your IMC Infinity account when booking tickets online to avail of your member benefits & present your e-pass(in wallet) in cinema to verify your identity.

Your account is valid once the first payment has been taken on your billing date.

A valid IMC Infinity account entitles you to:

  • One ticket (subject to availability) can be booked online or instore in a standard format public 2D screening with a standard seat type in a standard auditorium
  • You can only see a particular movie once.
  • You can pre-book one ticket only in advance via imc.ie. Once this screening has passed your online booking option will be available to book another screening online.
  • If your pre-booked screening has not passed, you can still purchase a ticket in-store only.
  • You are entitled to one ticket per movie per day
  • Only valid in the Cinema for which you signed up for the Infinity Pass.
  • Additional may costs apply to upgrades to 3D, Galactic & LUXX VIP screens in all cinemas.
  • Certain ticket types are excluded such as Live & Event cinema (e.g. opera, ballet), and private screenings (e.g. premieres)and  surcharge may apply.
  • Combined tickets which include food, drink or concession items (e.g Wednesday Meal Deal) cannot be booked with an IMC Infinity membership
  • Tickets purchased online via My IMC/Infinity will be subject to a €/£0.50 booking fee.
  • You will be required to show proof of ID with your IMC Infinity pass at the cinema in addition to your e-ticket.
  • Normal age restrictions apply to IMC Infinity members

When joining IMC Infinity, you confirm that the information provided to identify you is accurate and complete and that you are authorised to provide personal information.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal information is kept up to date. You may update your details at any time through your IMC Infinity account.

Your IMC Infinity e-pass contains a photograph which will populate at our point of sale & ticket redemption points to provide proof of identity in our cinemas. Your photograph can be updated online on your MyIMC Account

If you have forgotten the password to your IMC Infinity account, you may request a new password on the login page. Please do not share your password with another person & you should ensure it is a secure password.

IMC Cinemas will not ask you for your password or account information in an email or text message.

If you believe someone has gained access to your account & IMC Infinity e-pass, please email our customer care team immediately.

If you would like to cancel your Infinity membership, you can do so by logging into your account on our website and selecting the manage payments page where you will be given the option to cancel your account.

If Zaza Park Limited need to contact you about your membership, IMC will do so by telephone, post or email.

This agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

IMC reservices the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard IMC terms and conditions.
